Terms of use

Effective 9 October 2026.

Who runs this site

privatejetnytomiami.com is operated by Charter Jet One, an air charter broker, under the name Private Jet NY to Miami. Using the site or sending a request means you agree to these terms.

What we do, and what the operator does

Private Jet NY to Miami is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft. We find and arrange your flight with a certificated operator. That operator is responsible for the flight itself, and its captain makes the final call on weather, routing, fuel stops and safety.

Times and prices on this site

Flight times, drive times and prices shown here are estimates based on typical conditions and market rates. Winds, traffic, season, aircraft availability and operator pricing all change them, and nothing on this site is an offer.

When a quote becomes a booking

Quotes are not binding until you sign a charter agreement. Before that point, the quote and the agreement name the operating carrier and its certificate details, and the aircraft and crew remain subject to the operator’s confirmation.

Taxes, fees and seasonal charges

We quote all-in, with the 7.5% federal excise tax, segment fees and any international taxes included. Things that depend on the day, such as de-icing on a cold New York morning, extra waiting or a change of plan, are listed in the quote along with how they would be billed.

Paying and cancelling

Your charter agreement sets out when payment is due and what happens if you cancel, which varies with the operator and with how close to departure plans change.

On board

Please give accurate passenger and luggage details and carry valid ID or travel documents. Pets need the operator’s approval, and operator rules on luggage and restricted items apply.

Fair use of the site

Do not submit false requests, scrape the site or interfere with it, and do not reuse its content commercially without permission.

Liability

Where the law allows, Private Jet NY to Miami and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by operating carriers, airports, authorities, weather or anything else outside reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability the law says cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute about the site, are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York.

Updates

We may update these terms, and the version posted here is the one that applies.

Effective date: 9 October 2026.
