Who we are
Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Private Jet NY to Miami.
Private Jet NY to Miami is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft.
Information you give us
When you request a quote we receive your name, email address and phone number, together with the trip itself: airports or neighbourhoods, dates, number of travellers, trip type and anything you add in the notes. We also receive the address of the page that sent you here and any campaign labels in your link, such as utm_source.
Why we need it
To come back to you with aircraft and prices, to arrange the flight if you go ahead, and, only if you ticked the box, to send the occasional empty-leg or seasonal note, which you can stop from the email itself.
Sharing
Your details go to the operator that will fly you and to the service providers we need to quote and book the trip: the operator’s crew scheduling, anything you ask us to arrange on the ground, and the companies that host this website and deliver our email. We do not sell them, trade them or pass them to anyone for marketing.
Keeping and deleting
Records of requests and bookings are held while your travel needs them and for the period tax and accounting rules demand. They are then erased or anonymized.
Your rights
You can see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Just reply to any email you receive from us or send a note through the quote form, and we will confirm once it is done.
Cookies
No analytics, no advertising tags and no tracking. Beyond anything strictly essential to load the pages, this site sets no cookies.
Security
Everything travels over HTTPS, and requests are visible only to the people working on them. For your own protection, keep passport and payment details out of the notes box.
Young travellers
The site is for adults planning travel. We do not knowingly collect children’s information; the adult who books provides any details the operator needs for younger passengers.
Changes
Any change to this policy will be posted here with a new effective date.
